Conduct Records Request
As defined by the Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act, access to student conduct records is confidential and only those with a legitimate right to know such as the Center for Student Accountability, Growth, and Education, your college Dean's Office, and the Residential Life Offices can access these records. Students wishing to acquire a copy of their Student Conduct Records may submit a request to access their own records.
For requests to release your Student Conduct Records to a third party for purposes such as employment background check, admissions requirement, security clearance, etc- please complete and upload our Consent to Disclose form (PDF).
All requests for Student Conduct Records take 2-3 business days to process. If additional documents may be needed or documents are missing, please allow additional processing time.
